The book’s endbands and bookmark are goatskin. Its boards are wrapped in paper that was hand-marbled by Katherine Brett at Payhembury Papers in Migdale, Southerland, Scotland, and its spine is covered in Alran French goatskin processed at Rocky Mountain Leather Supply in Utah.
The talisman in this book is a French art-deco medal awarded to O. M. S. Bagnolet in the 20th Century. Go fast. Look good.
