This archival, hand-sewn travel journal is made from Strathmore all cotton rag, 80 gsm paper stitched with Irish linen thread in the linked pattern that was developed by the ancient Copts.

Its endbands are blue and white cotton, and its bookmark blue-green grosgrain ribbon.  It is half-leathered in black, and its boards are wrapped in paper that was hand-marbled by Betty Caponi in Monte San Giusto, Italy.

The talisman in this book is an early 20th Century Fourth place medal from a 4-H competition, featuring their clover design on a small, beveled, ornate plaque. Head, heart, hands, and health—put them to good use today.

This book is roughly 6 x 9” with a few more than 175 blank pages inside.
